Gergana Stoichkova
Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of startups and venture capital: as a VC, as an operator, and as a mentor to hundreds of founders.
I spent five years at one of the leading VC funds in Southeast Europe. I met thousands of companies, led numerous deals, and supported portfolio companies post-investment. I’ve helped deploy millions in capital, and seen firsthand what gets deals over the line (and what kills them).
Before that, I led fundraising from inside startups, so I know what it feels like to build a deck from scratch, chase investor meetings for months, and get vague rejections with no real feedback. I’ve made the same mistakes I now help others avoid.
Now I’ve packaged all of that into VC Compass - my place to share everything I’ve learned along the way, from investing, working in startups and mentoring founders.
